Right of withdrawal
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the day on which you decide to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. It is important that we get the product back from you in good condition (see below how to return).
In the case of a defective or damaged item, we would first like to receive one or more photos by email on which we can assess this. In that case, always contact our customer service first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following agreements:
Agreements for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
Information about Returning
When the purchase agreement is revoked, the costs of return shipment will be borne by the customer. You must return your product in the following way:
The product must be properly packaged in the original packaging. You must repackage the product as you have received it. Only in this way can the products be sent properly.
The product must of course be undamaged and unused. If we find that a product is damaged or used, we cannot process the return / cancellation.
You pay the return costs yourself for the return. You will receive the address to which the return shipment can be sent after you have notified the cancellation.
Provide proof of return yourself.
Failure to comply with this instruction may result in the product arriving damaged to us, in which case we cannot process the return and cannot refund you. When returning, you are responsible for a proof of return. For a return shipment that has been lost, we will always ask for proof of return shipment. We need this by law to be able to handle the return / cancellation.
